About Health Connect

Health Connect is leading the way in patient care by establishing a modern health precinct in the city centre of Pretoria. Our intention is to provide an integrated, functional and safe area for a variety of healthcare practitioners serving the surrounding communities — building healthier communities together.

Within the Health Connect building, our Flexi Medical Consulting Rooms give independent and visiting healthcare practitioners — GPs, audiologists, speech therapists, psychologists, psychiatrists, dietitians and allied health professionals — on-demand access to fully equipped medical consulting rooms without the commitment of an expensive long-term lease. Instead of signing a permanent lease, practitioners reserve a room by the half-day or full day, paying only for the time they actually use.

Every booking includes automated door-access credentials via integrated smart locks, calendar invitations for attendees, and confirmation and reminder emails to the booker, attendees and building managers. A secure registration and approval process ensures that only verified practitioners can book, protecting both patients and the integrity of the precinct. On-site parking, 24-hour security with CCTV, and backup generator power are standard across the building.

Health Connect is built and managed by City Property Administration (Pty) Ltd, a property management company with deep experience in medical and commercial precincts. Our team combines property operations with modern software to deliver a frictionless, reliable room-booking experience — so practitioners can focus on their patients, and property owners can maximise the value of their space.
